The purpose of this exercise is to provide Cal EMA and the BOC/UOC an opportunity to discuss and identify current plans, policies, and procedures in their notification, activation, key decision making and communication processes during an emergency in California. The discussion will cover critical decision making, communications, and, resource coordination.
