Recent Emergency Preparedness Webinar - Israel's solution for rapidly delivering potable water

Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to attend the recent webinar presentation by Mr. Shmulik Bakerman, CEO of Upgrade Solutions about Israel's solution for rapidly delivering potable water to citizens during a crisis event.  Are there documents available that describe this rapid potable water delivery system?  I would appreciate receiving more information about this system.
